PLAN FOR 45 MINUTES

Please arrive about 10 minutes early for your scheduled visit.

Introduction

You’ll be welcomed by our friendly reception team in our bright, relaxing office.

Questionnaire

We’ll ask you to complete a short health and dental history form so we understand your needs.

Records

Digital photos and 3D scans may be taken to give us a complete view of your oral health.

X-ray

Low-dose X-rays are taken when necessary to check below the surface of your teeth and gums.

Treatment Plan

Your dentist will review possible options and answer any questions you may have.

Follow-up Appointment

PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 60 MINUTES

For some patients, this can be scheduled on the same day as your first visit.

Impressions

If needed, digital impressions or moulds of your teeth will be created.

Paperwork

All forms and insurance details will be organized by our team.

Payment

Your treatment costs will be reviewed and payment options explained clearly.

Health issues

Please let us know if you have a fever, cold sores, or any active illness.

Mouth care

Tell us if you’ve recently had dental work or changes to your oral health.

Damaged or broken teeth

Inform us if you’re experiencing pain, breakage, or swelling before your visit.

Delayed guests

Running late? Call us so we can adjust your appointment as best as possible.

Video and images

We use digital imaging for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

Youth & Young People

If your child is not yet ready for treatment, we’ll schedule regular check-ups to monitor their development. Our team will explain every step so you feel confident and supported as your child grows into a healthy smile.
